The Foundation

Not only is Flaunt an event to shop, groove and mingle it's also one to give back. A percentage of all ticket sales and 100% of all silent auction items will be donated to The Peter Munk Cardiac Center. We selected this program in honor of the beautiful, Jennifer Monteith. Jennifer suffers from cardiovascular disease and is the first woman to be implanted with an artificial heart or LVAD ( Left Ventricular Assist Devise). The LVAD can support a failing heart for months or even years until its function recovers or until a donor heart is available for transplantation. This apparatus keeps her alive by helping to pump blood through her body. Flaunt will be donating funds to this foundation because we are aware of just how many lives this has changed and want to continue to bring light, love an longevity to each and every person in need.
